WVBM Missions Statement:
Emmanuel Baptist Church is a local Independent Baptist Church reaching out to Jacksonville, Texas through; prayer, preaching, teaching, discipleship, bible study, and encouraging believers. We also believe in reaching the world with the gospel (Acts 1:8).
World Vision Baptist Missions is a worldwide ministry of Emmanuel Baptist Church. We assist Missionaries with Prayer, Support Clearinghouse, and sowing the Word of God through evangelism, preaching, teaching, and literature campaigns. As they seek to establish indigenous independent Baptist Churches (Matt. 28:18-20).
We assist National Pastors worldwide by Praying and Co-laboring with them to sow the Word of God through Evangelism, Preaching, Teaching, and Literature campaigns. As God saves men they can be Discipled and taught Bible doctrine. When God calls a Pastor out of a local group of believers he can be taught Biblical Church administration. Thereby establishing Indigenous Independent Baptist Churches (Mark 15:16; Acts 13:1-3).
The Word of God teaches us that one sows, one waters, and only God gives the increase (Rom. 1:16). It is the responsibility of the Church to publish and distribute the truth without profit. That is why we are engaged in printing the gospel as well (Prov. 23:23).
